Job Description


As a Business Developer in Visual Merchandising, you drive holistic presentation development as part of the total CX strategy in both old and new store formats. You identify opportunity areas that contributes to both inspirational and commercial product presentation. Additionally, you create guidelines and clearly communicate new direction in trainings and community meetings to Regions, Sales Markets and Stores.
Key responsibilities:
Overall responsible to develop & set presentation methods and VM principles as part of the total CX strategy in physical store in total store portfolio (old and new store formats).
Create VM guidelines for various store formats connected to presentation, styling, window, display forms, interior use and ISC.
Create briefs and communicate clear needs to ensure the right interior function, specific layout principles and capacity.
Set clear KPIs and purpose behind each strategy and follow-up results accordingly.
Create educational VM training material, videos and manuals to ensure knowledge by VM teams in Regions, Sales Markets and Stores.
Support conducting trainings, community meetings and workshops to ensure execution in project stores.

Qualifications


We see that you are a person who have excellent communication and presentation skills together with great project management skills to be able to deliver clear and inspirational materials to our Visuals. Your drive and creative mindset enable you to make your vision come to life. Finally, to be able to deliver on our targets, you are structured and good at planning as well as prioritizing based on the needs of our business.
What you need to succeed:
Extensive Visual Merchandising experience in Regional/Sales market/Area VM team.
Experience in development of new Presentation methods & VM principles for retail stores.
Strong visual and commercial knowledge.
Excellent product presentation & styling skills including commercial knowledge.
Strong understanding of total CX and knowledge about different store formats, layout best practices and different interior programs.
Ability to create guidelines with support of 3D programs, PowerPoint & Photoshop. Advantageous if you are skilled in creating Video content.

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
