We are looking for an ambitious sales profile who sees opportunities instead of obstacles and wants to be part of a great team at UTS for expanding and developing chemicals sales within our Nordic Business Unit. YOU WILL

Since our foundation in 1994, UTS (United Trading System) has continuously developed, to become the largest and most influential distributor in the Russian and CIS market. Our presence in different geographical regions, our technical services and a wide range of chemical products allow us to offer the first-class services to our customers. We are now expanding and developing our customer relationships and our portfolio in the Nordic market.

You will be responsible for our existing customer, developing new accounts and understanding our customer´s needs which shall result on long-term sustainable growth. In addition to your sales tasks, you will be part of purchasing, planning and decision making. UTS, offers a full range of raw materials required in producing and manufacturing top quality products and you will get a great opportunity to build up product and supplier portfolio across various industries. Your home office can be located anywhere in Sweden while this role includes traveling into your sales region. Main responsibilities:

- Develop new sales opportunities within the Nordic market
- Negotiating with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Supplier management
- Maintain profitable growth and develop sales in line with budget and strategy
- Sales administration

The role requires both commitment and lack of prestige as well as a strive from creating businesses.

YOU ARE

We are looking for a passionate technical oriented person highly motivated to sell. You have a broad experience in the distribution of chemicals and/or chemical sales and understanding of the chemical value chains is important. You are confident in yourself and have a well-developed business interest as well as good negotiation and communication skills. You thrive in the customer meeting and can easily establish long-term relationships. Results-oriented, confident, and self-motivated are qualities that describe you well.

Further, you are comfortable in a growing entrepreneurial organization with high ambitions and have a strong desire to develop the business together with your colleagues.
