About the Job

In business unit Food Heat Transfer we have a clear ambition to systematically capture market share and grow the service business and to do so we are expanding our team in Lund. In Food Heat Transfer we work with applications such as dairy, beverages, prepared food, pharma, brewery, edible oil, ethanol, sugar and starch and we sell both directly to the end customer as well as through channels.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop, improve and support all aspects of the Food Heat Transfer Service business. The role is wide, and you will work with everything from driving strategic initiatives such as service agreements to technical support to the sales companies. You will create content for trainings and have the opportunity to deliver said trainings as well. You will capture market needs regarding products, supply chain and IT and have an active role in deploying our IT solutions to the markets.  You will work with strategic pricing and drive process improvements in all we do for example in areas such as parts supply. Sustainability is also a top priority for Alfa Laval and you will be part of the journey to strengthen our services from a sustainability perspective for our customers

To succeed, you will work with our Sales Companies around the world, other Business Units and functions in the central organization. The position is based in Lund and you will report to the Head of Service Food Heat Transfer

What you know
* Experience from an international business environment
* Experience from Service Business with an interest in technology
* You are fluent in English and perhaps in other languages too
* You have a degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
