Business Developer Services & Concept,

Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving Scania customers, dealers and distributors in 50 markets through 15 captive business units by offering competitive and innovative financing and insurance solutions. Over 750 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of more than 100.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 55 bn SEK of assets.

The aim for SFS is to become a true and integrated part of the Scania Solution Sales offering by developing customer satisfaction and loyalty while adding values to the stakeholders and customer's customers when living the Scania Experience.

At the SFS Head Office located in Södertälje, a team of 7 specialists will be driving and coordinating the business development. This team consists of 3 subgroups: Customer Insurance, Marketing & Communication and Solution Sales.

For the latter group we are recruiting a Business Developer Services & Concept,
Scania Financial Services.

Role description
Your task is to drive, support, coordinate and promote the development of Customer Finance & Insurance services and concepts within SFS as well as the alignment, integration and optimization of these within the entire Scania global services portfolio.

Your key responsibilities are the following:
.Define, develop, test new services & concepts together with central product/services owners and local teams involved, understanding and using correlation between services to reduce services cost and improve customer economy
.Gain best practices example.
.Roll out tested and approved services concepts in accordance with central agreed strategy plan and guidelines.
.Maintain a catalogue of SFS business concept ensuring alignment and integration in Scania global services portfolio.
To be successful you will work both on central and local level. With the central Scania organisations, you liaise with stakeholders, align steering, plans and working methods. With the local SFS and CO teams you support local market knowledge, definition of local Solutions sales offering, new concept test and roll out.

Regular travelling is required for the latter part.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant University degree (Economics, Marketing, Science). You have proven experience working with product/process development, preferably B2B, in some of the relevant business areas like Financial services, transport industry, service industry (e.g. telematics, maintenance contracts).

You are creative, pragmatic able to set priorities and handle accountability. You are constructive with a team player attitude looking for synergies and win-win solutions. Communicative and at home in a very multicultural environment. Fluent in English, other Languages a plus.
