David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Swedish speaking Business Developer for their Barcelona office.

Position: Business Developer

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact potential customers using various channels (phone, email and other available channels)
Build meaningful relationships with the clients promoting partner's product solutions at corresponding country market
Handle gatekeeper objections and pass through them to qualify leads and generate sales opportunities
Manage and report on the customer's sales cycle in CRM
Work closely with country marketing and sales team members to support planned activities, manage leads handover and follow-up on opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 level)
Previous experience in Sales environment will be considered as an advantage
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, social media, etc).
Able to uncover information by asking the right questions
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Strong sales-oriented mindset.
