Uptime provides consumers excellent experiences for Volvo Car Group and affiliated brands through consumer relations centres. Our agents are the facilitating link between the brand, the consumer and the retailer network. Acting as brand ambassadors by engaging them with our partners’ products, services and offers through the consumer journey.
Besides running operations, Uptime designs how and what our consumer relations centres operate for each partner. We secure capabilities needed and develop processes and products to realise a premium and branded customer support for our partners. Uptime operates in EMEA, Americas and China with the ambition to launch further markets in all regions.
Scope
At Uptime within the Business Development we are now looking for a Business developer to analyse, design and develop in the area of Consumer Relations with a high focus on Online sales, to succeed in achieving the company's high goals on Online sales.
Your key tasks
You will be part of a team of Business Developers who act with a consultant mind-set assigned to projects to design, improve and lead efficient process development. As a Business Developer, you also ensure robust, scalable processes supported by digital tools for the agents in the Uptime Consumer Relations Centers, but also processes for the success of an Online sales. You analyse requirements, design the processes, share the documentation, create training material and conduct training of the trainer.
You and your skills
We see that you have high knowledge and experience from Salesforce System and / or high knowledge and experience from creating solutions and processes for Business Models that support Online Sales.
In this role it’s vital to understand the daily life of an agent therefore deep knowledge and experience from Customer Care Operations are central and you have a University Degree in a relevant field. You perform your tasks through a process-driven thinking and document your progress in a structured way.
You are confident in presenting to others and you are skilled in communicating.
You are fluent in English and additional languages are a bonus.
It would be meritorious if you have experience from an Agile working.
