Do you have a strong interest in funds and savings? Would you like to drive business initiatives and investigations? Do you want to contribute in our journey to a new savings platform? We are looking for business developer with project management skills, who is interested to learn and grow in a challenging environment.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Join our business transformation journey and implementation of the Strategic Initiative - Financial Health & Advice, supporting Swedbank’s future savings and advice services.

- Knowledge and understanding of exchange traded instruments- and/or fund-business universe.

- Use your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain current and future needs and requirements for our business and operations towards different stakeholders.

- Proven ability to lead implementation of organizational and operational changes

- Be a part of the implementation by leading initiatives of the future operating model related to savings back-end services involving both retained and outsourced functions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders in different business areas such as to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way

- Work together with some fantastic knowledgeable colleagues and learn new things every day


What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one

- Business knowledge and interest in the Savings Area

- Be curious and wiling to find solutions to challenging topics

- Take own initiatives without the need of a detailed instructions

- Experience in business development, analysis and requirements gathering

- Very good communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral
