We are looking for Business Developers to our Marketing Automation team supporting our customer outreach activities. You’ll join KYC Change Management. KYC Change Management is a part of “Know Your Customer” in GFCP driving and delivering KYC Solutions across business areas and countries as one of the Top Priority areas of Nordea. You will be working with highly competent people in an agile, energetic and dynamic organisation. We support each other globally and create sustainable solutions within the area at hand.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be taking the role as a Business Developer supporting the daily operational and maintenance activities related to the Marketing Automation (“MA”) tool and process in the KYC area.

Your responsibility will include, but not be limited to: 
* Daily maintenance and operational MA activities
* Analyse and investigate queries and incidents
* Gather business requirements from business stakeholders/representatives
* Implement requirements into working solutions using marketing automation tool
* Coordinate implementation of changes with other units including business areas
* Cooperate with multiply units/teams (business and IT)
* Team member in migration project


This role will be providing business developer expertise supporting the market automation process essential to the customer outreach process. You will make recommendations on changes to the solutions, and support and communicate the implementation.

The positions are based in one of the Nordic Capitals, in Tallin, Estonia or in Gdansk/Lodz.

Your experience and background: 
* Some experience from business development. Graduates can apply.
* Knowledge and/or experience from  and Marketing automation tool knowledge is an advantage
* Some business and data analysis understanding is an advantage
* Ability to document requirements (Confluence, Jira)
* Professional, organised, and structured/analytical in approach and work produced to a high quality of standard, and you always strive to find the solution that is best for the bank
* Experience with working agile and with SAFe is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
* Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as a minimum
* Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing)
