Are you a dynamic and proactive individual? TATAA is seeking a Business Development Analyst to drive our business expansion. While scientific knowledge is beneficial, it's not mandatory for this role. We value exceptional communication, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities. If you're an enthusiastic team player with a passion for marketing and customer relations, you're the one we're looking for!
Your Essential Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed research on prospects and existing clients including detailed analysis on existing and potential drug development pipeline
• Create and update high-quality client presentations, summary materials, presentation and other marketing content.
• Provide systematic support to the business development team, ensuring the maintenance of exceptional client relationships and service standards.
• Engage in email outreach and cold calling activities to connect with prospective customers.
• Coordinate and schedule attendence at industry conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and arrangements.
• Manage calendars, customer meetings, and related tasks, including travel accommodations such as flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Analyze and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and essential metrics for the business development team.
• Collaborate with members of the management team on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
KVALIFIKATIONER
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably as marketing support in a marketing/business development department.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and quantitative communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to high ethical standards.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• High level of academic achievement with an exceptional level of technical savvy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is advantageous.
