Who do we think you are?

We think that you have a strong business mindset and that project management, problem solving, and financial modelling are some of your core skills. We are looking for someone who just can’t wait to develop our business – by identifying, meeting with, and evaluating M&A prospects as well as communicating on an excellent level with our executive management team and external contacts such as business owners, investment banks and due diligence partners. We think that leading strategic projects as well as hands-on M&A transactions is something that motivates you.

We believe that you have studied Industrial Engineering, Finance or Business Administration and have worked with management consulting, M&A or business development for about 3-10 years and are not afraid to continue on a fast career track. You probably have a high interest for investments and know your financial toolbox.

What will the role be like?

The aim of this role will be to lead and drive the Group M&A activities as well as support our Business Units in their local M&A activities to enable HMS to scale up this very important part of our growth agenda. We think that you love a challenge and get excited by the idea of switching between strategic discussions with Group Management and hands on work in identifying, qualifying, and executing M&A deals.

The position will be based in our headquarters in Halmstad. We believe that you will be in the office 2-3 days per week. The role requires occasional international travelling.
