About The Mission
In the last few years we have been very successful in disrupting the competition and are rapidly expanding our team to cement our position as the leading partner within EPM in Europe. Due to this fantastic growth we are now looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to help grow the business within complex and large-scale finance transformation projects in the Nordics
Having the support of the largest Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and analytics consultancy in Europe, you will be able to make a difference from day one by developing and strengthening relationships with global finance teams and CFO’s.
Your workdays will vary extensively in a fast-paced environment between projects, clients, and colleagues. We offer you the opportunity to deliver, manage and collaborate with our experts on our national and international projects.
The role will include the following activities:
Contacting potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in the Nordic region.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Keeping close relationship with our vendor partner's.
Establish a Business Development and Sales Team covering the Nordic region



Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 8 years’ business experience within sales, marketing, finance or related field.
Experience from the Finance area, (Financial controller, auditing or similair)
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
