Business Development Consultant - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant with expertise in data-driven decision support to establish and develop KTH's new central decision support function.
What you'll do:
· Lead the development of KTH's central decision support function, enabling the reuse of data for decision-making across different areas of the organization.
· Understand KTH's organization, current work methods, and data requirements for decision support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align decision support initiatives with KTH's goals through cross-functional collaborations.
· Conduct needs analysis and requirements analysis for data-driven decision support.
· Visualize data based on the organization's decision support needs.
· Lead business development teams using agile principles.
· Lead maintenance or development projects involving web services for decision support.
Who you are:
· Minimum competency level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
· At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Consultant in the field of data-driven decision support for large organizations.
· At least 5 years of experience in needs analysis and/or requirements analysis related to data-driven decision support for large organizations (>500 employees).
· At least 3 years of experience in data visualization based on the organization's decision support needs.
· At least 3 years of experience in leading business development teams following agile principles.
· At least 3 years of experience in leading maintenance or development projects involving web services for decision support.
· Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
· At least 2 years of experience in needs/requirements analysis for decision support using operational data, such as finance or HR.
· At least 3 years of experience in business development within a university or higher education institution.
