Job Description
Drive thought leadership to support Autonomous Driving interests worldwide; Manage and lead a portfolio of partners;
Partner with our leadership team to identify, and manage relationships with OEM’s and ecosystem partners.
Refine and execute a go-to-market and partnerships strategy; define the company’s business and commercialization roadmap.
Work closely and efficiently with cross-functional leaders in the Engineering and Product teams
Be an ambassador for business development within the company, helping educate senior leadership and project teams on agreement structures, opportunities, and constraints
Support a team of business development and partnerships managers in generating business leads and negotiating deals
Requirements
Enterprising spirit with startup experience.
Recent and significant (10-15+ years) experience in business partnerships and strategy in the technology or transportation field. Have sales and business development experience. Experience in technology a must
Proven track record working well in a team environment and managing internally and externally
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to influence across management levels, functions, and organizations
Exceptional capability to build a variety of cross-functional and external relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication of technical and business concepts; ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas
A strong understanding of the autonomous driving and traditional automotive industries
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work streams based on the company’s top objectives
Comfortable interpreting and managing partnerships contracts
Strong technical and business background; engineering, computer science or business degree; Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
