Global Product Complaince (europe) AB is a Chemical Regulatory Compliance consultancy with offices in 10 countries and a clientel of more than 1000 companies. Presently we are looking for a business development executive with digital marketing knowledge responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal and technical skills. The executive is expected to work on new business and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and overall business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development tasks:
Keep prospective client database updated using CRM like HubSpot.
Support in writing new business quotes and proposals.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Assist business development team on various activities.
Digital Marketing Tasks
Preparation of various digital marketing collaterals.
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns using Mailchimp/HubSpot.
Social media marketing using LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and lead generation.
Competencies and Skills Required
Must be able to create excellent quality content for sales and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication plus interpersonal skills.
Must possess strong customer service skills
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure yet in a relaxed non-hierarchical start-up environment.
Software skills related to general IT, previous experience with marketing and sales Softwares is highly advantageous but if not then a zeal to quick learning, implementation and excel will help.
