KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Pick up innovative ideas from the organisation
Listen to the customer’s needs and expectations for future products and services
Have the complete view of ongoing initiatives in collaboration with universities and schools
Coordinate with Development Center Sweden and HR
Coordinate the preparation of the CSP
Participate in the presentation of the CSP
Lead the implementation of the actions in the CSP
Lead the implementation of agreed new business opportunities by following standard project execution model.
Plan the work, seek budget for implementation, set up team to execute, lead the execution and report the status to D&IS Sweden and NORR management
Business growth
No of new opportunities in Wall-C resulting from business development initiatives
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
University Engineer or Business Degree
Recognized Business development knowledge
Desirable Degree in Business development
5-10 years experience of the Swedish railway signaling market and customers
Experience in multi-cultural environment & Matrix Organization
Teamwork and leadership
Communication and influencing skills
Ability to organize, plan and schedule
Ability to develop a global view
