Business Development Intern

GPC is seeking motivated fast learning 2 to 3 individuals to join our internship program to explore opportunities and possibilities related to Business Development at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. You will be given the opportunity to explore and learn hands-on business development tasks in an international environment where you will be the one taking the lead in your project. Our Business Development Assistant will support you with your project and your objectives, nevertheless, it is your entrepreneurial spirit that will fuel your success and project progression.
Projects outlook
Project 1: Establishing a European collaboration network for a business unit.
Project 2: Maximization of collaborators’ strength for business optimization.
Experience requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in bachelor or Master studies, preferably in the final year of his/her educational program.
Candidates should have a background or educational focus in Business Administration, Business Strategy, Brand Management, or Life Science, Chemistry, Agrochemical, or equivalent.
Must be able to read, comprehend and analyze business contracts.
Understanding technical and scientific terms is a plus.
Previous experience with sales or customer service is advantageous.

Good skills to have
Experience in Office 365 apps (especially Word and Excel).
Self-starter with an independent problem identification and solution-oriented work approach.
Detail-orienteded and active listener.
Ability to find information for background research and planning skills.
Project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication plus interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in English.



Duration of the internship
The duration of the internship is 2-3 months full-time (September – November 2022), with the possibility of continued employment.
