Business Development - International Market

Biofiber Tech’s vision is to connect the forestry and plastic industry. We have developed an unique patented technology to modify wood fibers and make them more “plastic like” – and has now launched a new product Fibra Q to be used as an attractive biobased and renewable feedstock for plastic product production, reducing dependence on fossil plastics and contributing to a more sustainable environment. We have now an immediate opening for Business Development – International market
Role description​ and responsibilities:
1. Working with company management team to develop international market development strategy and implementation plan
2. Leading Biofiber Tech's business development and sales activities in international market, especially in Asia /China
3. Identifying and building partnerships with plastic industry value chain players in Asia market for export sales & coordinate with end use brand owners in the Nordics for product and business relationship alignment
Job requirement
1. Success track record in sales, and business partnership development in international market, especially in Asia /China
2. Strong business mindset with proven partnership building & business negotiation skills
3. A person of positive mindset with excellent communication & problem solving skills, who is initiative taking, driven and with a passion to drive international market expansion for sustainable environment
4. A person with academic educational background. MBA preferred
5. Chinese /mandarin speaking is a strong plus
