About the role
The automotive industry is changing rapidly and so are the demands and expectations among consumers. Volvo Cars has taken a strategic decision to lead this change. This means not only continuing to build state of the art premium cars, but to rethink the entire consumer experience and creating competitive offers showing that we put our consumers’ needs in the center. 
Global Online Experience within Volvo is spearheading this change across the entire organization. We bring our customers value by developing, implementing and operating these new offers, more aligned with today’s customer expectations. Care by Volvo is a great example of this, being implemented in multiple markets globally. Change does not come by itself, however, which is why a specific Launch Management team has been established to lead some of our bigger, more complex change initiatives in this journey.
This role is an instrumental part of the Launch Management team. You will support one of our launch leads in driving and implementing these big changes across the organization. It includes leading cross-functional teams, spanning across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Digital, etc. in our joint efforts to get new exiting functionality and offers implemented in a successful way. Consequently, there is a need to have a broad understanding of different parts of an organization and how to get these to work in an efficient way towards common goals.

Main responsibilities
Support the Launch lead for some of our bigger change initiatives and implementations out in our markets globally, e.g. by:
•    Securing necessary planning, preparation and execution of dry-runs, demoes and other critical workshops together with the launch team
•    Taking an active role to identify, investigate and solve issues that arise and manage dependencies during the implementation
•    Supporting with necessary onboarding activities towards national sales companies, product clusters and other stakeholders across the organization
•    Ensuring that alignment is verified of our solution E2E (i.e. cross multiple products and clusters)
•    Supporting launch lead to plan, coordinate & execute go-live activities
•    Identifying lessons learnt continuously, sharing cross different teams and contributing to our continuous improvement work in the Launch Management team

Required qualifications
We look for a person with the following qualifications:
•    Experience from project management and/or business analyst background in large, complex projects and/or programs in cross-functional teams in a global business
•    Good understanding of commercial, digital and operational needs as well as their interdependencies
•    Experience of working with process design
•    Change management experience and ability to use appropriate tools when leading change successfully
•    Good understanding around agile development and how related implementations are handled successfully
•    Fluent in English

To be successful and enjoy working in the role you should have the following personal qualities:
•    Enjoy digging into details needed to understand the bigger picture
•    High flexibility in terms of types of assignments and ability to handle shifting priorities & ambiguities
•    Analytical skills 
•    A combination of being able to think strategically and “rolling up your sleeves” and getting things done
•    Enjoy collaboration and taking accountability, as the ability to work within teams is key for success
•    Strong communication- and interpersonal skills in order to successfully interact with our cross functional teams (business, cars, digital)
