Business Development Leader, Industrial & Manufacturing

We are now looking for a Business Development Leader to Nagarro, a successful fast growing global company characterized by its dynamic, collaborative and non- hierarchical work culture. This is a key position and you will get to design the way of work and develop the vision together with the Director Sales & Marketing.

About the role

As a Business Development Leader your key role is to successfully develop the business identifying new clients and execute strategic sales opportunities across Industrial and Manufacturing companies in Sweden.



Furthermore, you will be responsible for the entire sales process all the way from identify areas of client needs, uncovering the needs, presenting the solutions and proposals to customers, negotiations and closing the deals.

You will be in charge of the whole business development, primarily initiate and engage with new prospects as well as expand Nagarros clientele.

Together with the technical experts and marketing you will design the marketing of our services and you will be reporting directly to the Director, Sales & Marketing, Sweden.

Responsibilities

With your experience and personality, you are in a position to understand the customers broadly from a technical point of view and develop tailor-made offers based on this.Grow the business by starting collaborations and partnerships with new customers and develop new business with existing ones.Collaborate with Nagarros Winning Teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing and Delivery) and drive the task force for developing and executing account strategies.Actively be involved in and lead sales campaigns. You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders and the handling of invitations to tender.

Experience and background

Relevant professional experience and expertise in our subject area (software lifecycle, software quality).Many years of professional experience in a line function on the subject (e.g. divisional management) or in the sale of service projects.Good network in the Swedish market within the relevant target groups.High motivation to develop existing customers and win new customers.Positive thinking, excellent communicator and the ability to inspire people.Stress-resistant, flexible and willing to make things happen.High willingness to travel in Sweden.Fluent Swedish (Proficient User) and good English skills.
