• Broad understanding of financial implications, business case creation and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach.
• Good knowledge of relevant digital solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment.
• Strong market and industry knowledge in the area of order fulfilment & automation.
• Good change management skills and leading in the unknown/exploring.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
In this role you will:
• Lead and provide support and guidance to the respective country function related to innovation and development projects securing an inspiring and motivating environment, supporting, and facilitating the country network enabling sharing of best practices and collaboration.
• Actively collaborate with key partners on Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and Development & Deployment in related forums and decision bodies.
• In close collaboration with all global stakeholders secure a coherent and excellent customer experience and journey within the context of all development and deployment initiatives.
• Drive innovation and development of fulfilment unit layout and automation solutions, through identifying, testing, evaluating, and scaling best practices as well as lessons learnt.
• Continuously search for improvement and optimization potentials within the customer experience journey to improve the omnichannel experience and profitability, looking for new Fulfilment Unit layout and automation solutions both from within IKEA and from the latest developments in the industry.
• Prepare and anchor initiative with stakeholder and in Ingka Decision bodies, including the Business Development plan.
• Responsible for defining and creating business cases for individual business development initiatives having the focus on effective and efficient solutions for the totality and follow up and validate the return of investment (ROI) of the business cases.
• Responsible to secure tight cooperation with Market support, Planning Hub and Digital Unit to identify digital development and submission of epics.


This is a permanent role based either in Malmö or Amsterdam.
