We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

Job Purpose
Business Development Manager – Nordics will be responsible to drive growth across Industry verticals in Nordics region in Europe for TCS, this role would be part of the Microsoft Business Unit, Europe Sales & Solution team. Primary objectives of this role are as follows:
Creating and qualifying new sales opportunities in the Nordics region
Responsible for leading the entire sales cycle and to ensure branding & awareness of opportunities within internal stakeholders
Responsible for pre-sales, deal qualification with management, solution development, technical responses for RFI/RFQ & RFP’s floated by customers in Sweden (Nordics, Europe) region. This includes deals such as proactive, IT Transformation, asset heavy, managed services etc
Responsible for working with stakeholders to understand the solution requirements, for the development of effective end-to-end solution construct (Ex. SOW, Target state Architecture, BOM, Milestones etc…)
To increase market share by acquiring new clients and grow existing business in Microsoft solutions and services space.
Ensure alignment between Corporate and IT Strategy, roadmaps and blueprints and collaborate with various customers in (Nordics, Europe), and influence to make cost effective infrastructure choices for transformation
Responsible and accountable for new business development and growth in MBU
Alignment with Microsoft stakeholders and leverage their expertise and connects
Solution architecture, delivery consultation, customer engagement, vendor and relationship management
Identify new customer needs/business technology trends for potential offerings
Close deal through balanced negotiation on sizing, costing & pricing
Ensure delivery of value messaging through competitive sales messaging
Keep up-to-date in terms of latest industry technology trends to provide best suited solutions to customer
Key Responsibilities
Individual Position reporting to MBU Europe Director of Sales.
Key Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies and services
· Knowledge of MS Data and Analytics, AI & ML, M365, MS Biz Apps
Other Responsibilities
· Responsible for MBU Europe Nordics region sales targets
· Forecast trends in technology and customer adoption patterns
· Participate in budgetary planning activities
