We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

Job Purpose
Position TCS’ key strategic offerings and grow market share in Europe/Nordics revenue.


Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for strategy, revenue growth and wallet share per customer in Sweden and Scandinavia
· Understand customers business situation and strategic priorities to identify, position and execute digital services for our customers across verticals such as banking/ insurance/ telecom/ manufacturing.
· Position & Sell our key TCS offerings stack across global service practices to customers in the EU region
· Responsible for networking, driving business discussions and collaborate with external/internal stakeholders/partners to create business case for operationalizing and positioning TCS’ digital transformations
· Create and maintain C-Level connects in the region to proactively unearth opportunities across our customer portfolio in line with TCS Foresight offering

Other Responsibilities
Candidate should be
· Comfortable with facing CXO customers
· Out of the box thinker, thought leader in the EU region
· Be member of boards of universities & have online presence
· Be able to juggle with multiple discussions with different customer problems in different industries at the same time


Experience Required
· Understanding of multiple sector and latest trends with respect to digital disruption in key sectors in Scandinavia and ability to match it with TCS Digital Special offerings
· Experience of advising clients on digital propositions and in shaping stories
· Ability to marry business transformation with technology to create unique digital propositions for customers
· Experience with core product development using Service Design thinking based product & service reimagination across different sectors
