About the company At KraftPowercon we convert electricity to secure processes in everything from super tankers to nuclear power plants or to clean flue gas in power plants. We increase reliability, which helps our customers to a safer and more efficient process. The company was founded in Sweden as early as 1935, and today our factories are also located in China and India, and major sales offices in the USA and Mexico. The headquarter is in Gothenburg and we are about 450 people in the company.
Role
We are looking for a new Business Development Manager within are Hydrogen. This role is reporting to our Business Unit Director within business area High Voltage. The role is located at KraftPowercon Sweden AB, Surte. The regional scope for this role is China.
Overall objectives
Develop the business strategy for Kraftpowercon’s range of products and gain value leadership in a high competition market.
Define and Execute Go To Market plan with sales in direct incl. digital and distribution channels to grow the customers base, at the lowest possible cost.
Improving the customer experience and internally improve the efficiency in sales process.
An additional responsibility is to ensure with specific and at all times updated information (technical, market related etc) about the appointed region and business sector. The objective is to make sure the Business Unit has enough information to continuously make informed decision about prioritization of shared (within and outside of the BU) resources.
Key responsibilities

Lead the regional Sales & Marketing teams and global support function by moving towards a shared vision with clear responsibilities and strong team-spirit.
Develop and execute regional growth strategy and plans, that drive short, mid-term and growth, profitably.
Correctly position KP products and services and can justify premium prices in the market.
Lead Transition to become perceived as a solution provider to help customers to meet their business/process challenge.
Be actively involved with Key customers and distributors, ensuring they are satisfied and together find new business opportunities.
Develop a superior customer buying experience, aligned with internally by having high performance standards in our marketing, sales and AS processes.
Increase sales and distribution application knowledge, value propositions and technical knowhow to win more business.
Accelerate demand in the regional markets by generating awareness and interest across digital and physical channels and through this generate a flow of leads.
Responsible to develop individuals, attract talented professionals in Sales, Marketing & AS and ensure a positive working environment.
Standardize work-procedures: standardize strategy, marketing, sales processes, and tools to support a professional buying experience and internal efficiency.
Set up performance metrics, monitor and analyze information to continuously improve the operations.
Authorities
· Manage the staff including employing and laying off staff
· Make and sign quotations within limits
· Perform business negotiations and sign orders within limits
· Plan and approve business trips

Requirements
Education:
Ø Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Business.
Ø Degree in Engineering with several years’ experience in Marketing and/or Business Development.
Experience:
Ø Minimum Five years of business development experience in B2B with documented financial growth results.
Ø 5 years’ experience in setting strategies and executing growth programs and/or campaigns in local markets.
Ø Knowledge how to correctly position products and services in local markets.
Ø Experience in guiding teams in pricing strategy and financial models that are market- and/or value oriented.
Ø Experience of managing digital channels including Inbound Marketing/Social Selling with proven results.
