About The Position
Coordea and Barona are now jointly looking for an ambitious individual with a potential to become a future Business Development Manager for Coordea as a part of Barona.
You will be employed by Coordea and work closely with the General Manager of Coordea to further increase our business in Sweden, help improve internal processes and develop our remote workforce service portfolio. In particular, our remote Swedish accounting services. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with medium-sized businesses (customers/prospects) on behalf of Coordea as well as maintaining and growing business with install base partners/customers. You will sell the breadth of Coordea’s services, with a specific focus on the remote workforce in North Macedonia.
Over time, the role will develop into a Business Unit Manager that will lead and oversee the performance of the entire business area.

Key Responsibilities Mapping out the market - building up your knowledge of Swedish businesses and their projects and workforce requirements.
Qualifying C-level managers and selling our remote Swedish accounting services.
Working closely with existing clients to understand their projects and upselling remote workforce services accordingly.
Working closely with the General Manager to make sure we're offering the most versatile and diverse workforce services we can.
Help in shaping new service offering to widen the company portfolio and fill market gaps.
Working closely with the Macedonian management group to streamline internal processes and help onboard new clients.
Helping our Senior accountants in Macedonia with solving technical questions related to Swedish accounting.
Qualifications
Hard Skills A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
3+ Years’ experience in leading and/or selling recruitment, workforce, or accounting services and teams.
Strong practical understanding of Swedish accounting principles.
Proven ability to develop new successful relationships. New Account Development.
Language skills: fluent in English and Swedish both written and oral.
Experience in different financial systems and collaboration tools.
