- Fluent in one of the nordic languages and strong knowledge of English, both oral and written
- Experience of Prosci
- At least 6 years as a consultant within relevant area
- Certified Prosci Change Practioner (merit)

Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager! In the role as Business Development Manager, you will in close collaboration with the Project Owner and Project Manager lead the business change workstream for the entire change initiative. Your responsibility will be to: coordinate business change management activities between the business areas that are stakeholders in the initiative, plan and execute the business change activities (Communication Plan, Sponsor Roadmap, Coaching Plan, Resistance Management Plan, Training Plan etc.), act as a coach for executives and senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor, set-up and refine a Business change management strategy for the initiative, set-up, prepare and coach the Business Change Management team, provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions, develop a sponsorship model, collect and analyze feedback, diagnose gaps and help managers manage resistance, implement corrective actions and if necessary establish user network for the change initiative.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-12-19 and is expected to run until 2023-12-22, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm/remote.
