Business Development Manager
Verisure Sweden is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate individual for a Business Development role within the Portfolio Marketing team. The role will report to the Head of Portfolio Marketing and will work closely with key stakeholders in the organization, managing one of Sweden’s most valuable subscription services portfolios.
Alarm usage, value for money, loyalty and Customer Experience are our most important KPIs and focuses, ensuring an engaged and loyal portfolio and preventing churn.
The role provides an opportunity for an individual with the right capabilities and drive to develop and grow within the company and getting exposure to the management team as well as Verisure Group.
Your new role:
As a Business Development Manager in the Swedish Portfolio Marketing team you will have full responsibility for your business area; setting the strategy - defining initiatives as well as managing the process of getting there. Our ambition is to build best practice and become ‘best in class’ within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
* Overall responsibility for delivering on the strategy for your dedicated business area
* Define key KPIs, set targets and develop reporting primarily in power BI for performance management
* Define initiatives and lead cross organizational work streams; engaging others in our priorities and tracking of progress to secure delivery
* Ad hoc analysis and business case providing insights for decision making
* Project management for cross functional and multi market initiatives
* Sharing best practice with other markets and act as point of contact for usage related collaboration
Who you are:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong interest in driving an own business area. You are hands on as well as a strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will be analytical and enjoy working with numbers as well as a team player collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver new initiatives. Possibility to influence and engage others is key and we believe you are innovative, curious and willing to learn.
We see that you also have,
* Master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
* Approximately 2 years of working experience preferably within
