Volvo Penta Service Market Industrial is responsible to develop the Service Market including parts & accessories business by providing premium customer support to the business partners within region Nordic.
We are now looking for someone who want to join our journey towards the development of Industrial specialized business partner network and to initiate and perform activities to maintain and grow our Industrial market shares!
Mission/Purpose of the Job
Your main task within this role is to be responsible for the overall Service Market Business Development for Business Partners including Business Partner Development (strategy to follow-up). The job includes parts sales & management of price strategy activities to the Industrial Segment. You will be responsible for the industrial Business Partner network delivering premium customer satisfaction.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Implement sales & marketing activities, identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and parts sales including responsibility for target letter, business plan and incentive program management for Business partners
Overall responsibility for discount, price, and quotation management
Drive and coordinate central initiatives regarding business strategy
Responsible for Dealer Development plan, monitor performance by following-up Direct account/Business Partners on KPIs and targets.
Identify and develop Sales Per Unit (SPU) Sales plan and perform product population mapping and strategy
Interface towards all segmented central functions and coordinate with colleagues in other segments regarding technical support & competence, engine sales and Industrial Service Market
About you:
As a person, you are proactive and have a strong drive together with a cooperative and entrepreneurial personality. You have an ability to build long lasting customer relationships and likes to go the extra mile delivering premium customer satisfaction. You have social- and negotiating skills and enjoy networking. Communication skills in Swedish and English is also needed.
What we offer?
As Business development Manager you will part in the Service Market Industrial Nordic and Benelux team that today consist of 8 persons located in Gothenburg, Helsinki, and Beesd in the Netherlands. You will be one out of four Business Development Managers with focus on Service Market Industrial Sales and being an important team member in driving Volvo Penta´s journey towards business development of an Industrial specialized business partner network.
