Business Development Manager

The job as Business Development Manager
M&A is a key pillar in the Husqvarna Construction strategic framework and this role makes you an integrated part of where we choose to go next. We offer an excellent opportunity to assume the role of project manager for the post-merger integration projects as well as the ownership and management of the Husqvarna Construction post-merger integration process itself. This means that the role incorporates both leading the integration projects and as well developing the process as such with the target to build a seamless fit into the Husqvarna Construction division. The duration and complexity of each project can vary depending on the size, complexity, and the specific goals of the integration but typically spans over several years.


You will also drive and support other prioritized and strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Division, such as streams within the strategic program or restructuring projects.

All projects within Husqvarna Construction is built on the foundation of the project manager maintaining a broad network of stakeholders, ensuring your ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and enabling both a broad and deep understanding of the Husqvarna Construction business.

Who are you?
We see that you are an open-minded and social person who feels comfortable in various contexts. This role requires experience in leading projects as well as processes along with the ability to work cross-functionally with a strong business acumen. Experience from a global matrix organization is essential and if you can show experience in leading post-merger integrations this is an advantage.

To excel in this position, you should possess analytical skills and be able to identify the core issues within complex problems, understanding the implications of actions and decisions. You prefer a structured approach when managing projects but can adapt to a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to manoeuvre between a holistic approach and the hands-on assistance wherever it might be needed in the project streams.

Additionally, you hold a university degree in a relevant field and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in IT projects in the sense of integrations as well as development is an advantage.
