As we continue to push technological boundaries, we are seeking two dynamic individuals to join as Global Business Development Managers in our Assembly Team and take responsibility for a segment. Power Equipment (PEQ) segment: This electrifying segment provides products and solutions to leading global companies manufacturing equipment for the power grid and a diverse range of power products. With the world moving towards sustainability, we’re at the forefront of exciting changes such as the growth of solar energy, increasing demand for energy storage solutions, and the electrification of the automotive industry.
Large Transportation Equipment (LTE) segment: This segment oversees the rail industry and trailer manufacturers. We’re navigating two contrasting scenarios - a consolidated rail industry with few global players, and a fragmented trailer industry with several local players. Both areas present huge growth potential, with exciting industry changes like autonomous trains and hydrogen technology.



Your Role
As a Global Business Development Manager, you’ll shape the future of the segment, driving initiatives to expand our market presence and accelerate growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking solutions to the market. Acting as a Global Key Account Manager for strategic accounts, your customer-centric approach will ensure exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities:
Formulate and implement business development strategies to accelerate growth in the segment.
Coordinate sales initiatives with selected accounts, driving global strategic partnerships and leading negotiations.
Keep a pulse on market and industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive product roadmaps and business strategies.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners on a global scale.
Collaborate with Product Management teams to align product development with market demands.
Work closely with the global sales organization to ensure their strategies align with your business development initiatives.
Track and analyze business performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.


What we expect from you
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for driving global business growth and key account management. You should have a proven track record in sales management and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth in technical industries. Experience in managing key accounts on a global scale is essential. You should have a strategic vision, a global mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and analytical insight. A technical background is important to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders.
