Arbetsbeskrivning
Bring a blend of sales and outsourcing delivery to Nordics organisation for some key verticals. The job requires an account executive with proven track record in selling and delivering offshore based IT services to global Fortune 500 players. It includes sales process management, ability to sell targeted solutions around application development & management in global delivery model, deal structuring of outsourcing processes, usage of internal sales management tools.
Key traits:
* Selling deals to tier-1 companies with significant outsourcing components
* Must have sales life-cycle management from deal opening to closure for offshoring services
* At least one "spike" i.e. deep expertise in the technology and business landscape of at least one industry (e.g. manufacturing, retails, consumer goods, banking)
* Ability to work comfortably across time zones and cultures
* A very high level of comfort in interacting with CXO level executives, and being able to actively engage them in meaningful dialogue throughout engagements
* Contract negotiation, rate card preparation and legal understanding for new deals and renewal of existing deals
* Deep knowledge of the application and business process offshoring industry
* Own and deliver targeted account health parameters i.e. top-line & bottom-line, financial compliance.
* Engineering degrees or Masters in Business Administration (or European Masters) from a premier institute with specialization in Information Systems or advanced degree in Information Technology
