We have an excellent opportunity and a great chance for a driven and experienced candidate to join a world class business in the role of Business Development Manager.
This role will report to the Business Development Director.
What you will do
In this role, you will deliver the business growth in the market company based on industry mapping, identify, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects and secure future business. Develop and drive execution of prospect account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives in North Europe.
Lead scouting and strategy for business opportunities in dimensions of new customer groups with particular focus on prepared food and/or beverage industry
Lead relationship management with identified prospects
Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
Lead services portfolio deployment of relevant solutions in dimensions of new customer groups and/or new food and beverage industries
Participate in providing input to global portfolio team with market insights and trends
Lead building partnerships with local industry experts
Deliver business meetings with customers
Who you are

You have a good understanding of customer operations and you are able to work in partnership with customers and colleagues, understanding their needs, exchanging information and supporting to achieve common goals.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to be aware of the business and its commercial environment, including options, constraints and opportunities.
You can establish and follow up objectives, priorities, constraints, action plans and budgets. You have the capacity to make things happen in the organization and you can get others to see and believe in your vision. You have a combination of commercial and technical skills.
