Business Development Manager

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our Manufacturing business area. In the role, you will act as a business advisor, thought leader and mentor in our Connected Products and Services for Europe Manufacturing accounts. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. You are expected to have flexible working hours in order to coordinate with offshore team as well as flexible for extensive travel to attend customer meetings.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      To lead / mentor Connected Products & Services pathfinder projects and solution implementation projects and be the “go to person” for the client at senior management level  
2.      Understand customer business in depth and bring Connected Products business models across industries for Service transformation. Provide thought leadership ideas & gain the confidence of the client for TCS as the Connected Products & Services partner
3.      Run workshops with middle and senior management of client to articulate business value for innovative solutions in Connected Products & Services.
4.      Articulate the Connected Products & Services strategy and build business case for the client that enables achieving their After Market objectives
5.      Work with TCS IoT Architects and Solution Architects to develop the solution approach for accelerated value delivery
6.      Lead, motivate and guide the team of TCS consultants in the Manufacturing accounts of the region

PROFILE
You have at least 12 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the manufacturing industry and 2 years in Digital solutions (embedded systems, IoT, Analytics, Mobility). Furthermore, you are experienced in service or testing functions of manufacturing industry. Also, you have strong expertise in the following areas:
·        Connected Products & Services Business Models across industry segments
·        Delivery ownership for business insights and value from Connected Products & Services Solutions
·        Knowledge of solution capabilities of several IoT and Analytics products in the market
·        Conceptualisation and development of several scenarios for Connected Products & Services across the industry segments like Health Score model, Maintenance Schedule optimization, Plant Optimization, etc.
·        Deep understanding of IoT platform, Analytic tools and accelerators for Connected Solutions
