Business Development Managers, who will help us to create and drive new business opportunities, both with our existing customers as well as potential new ones.

Who are you?

You must have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions with the ability to adapt to customer and market needs with global focus. You will work very close with the Sales & Marketing team as well as with our Product Management team. In the role Business Development Manager, your mission is to realise our growth plan by ensuring new business.

In this role you will report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

Our expectation as Business Development Manager includes:

- Identify and grow new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Dare to seek out the relevant contacts in the customer organisation
- Interact with potential customers/clients in a way that creates trust and interest - spend a lot of time together with the potential customer
- Deeply understand the pain- and gain-points of the customers and know how we add value with our solutions
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting objectives to develop and improve the business
- Develop and maintain “Prospect Plans” for key prospects including responding
- Drive and coordinate specialists internally in the creation of the solution
- Planning and producing sales presentations
- Negotiate with stakeholders and contract development together with Legal
- Has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our solutions/services and value proposition
- Together with Marketing, plan and participate at industry events
- Monitor and understand the business impact of trends and changes in the business world


Education/Experience recommended:

- University degree. MBA is desired.
- Minimum five years domain knowledge, 7+ preferable
- Leadership competence and experience and ability to motive others
- Customer focus with excellent communication and network skills
- Entrepreneurial experience with growing organizations
- A global mindset and previous experience working in an international environment
