Beckman Coulter Diagnostics are currently on a progressive journey and in the phase of rapidly growing the product portfolio with the aim of becoming market leaders in diagnostics.  Beckman Coulter is currently recruiting a results-oriented and upbeat business development manager to join the Diagnostic Sales team in Sweden.

Ansvarsområden
The person holding this role is the primary representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics products and will be responsible for acquiring and retaining key customers on the Swedish market. Your responsibilities will be to:


Build a strong understanding of Beckman Coulter Sweden Diagnostics market
Set, lead and execute the agreed sales strategy to achieve market share gain
Be the primary contact for customers and engage with them to ensure business opportunities
Actively maintain existing business base through account management and promotion of products, working with key internal and external customers
Initiate and maintain contacts with recognized key opinion leaders
Forecast using Salesforce CRM system
Monitor and report on competitor and market trends to allow rapid reaction to market movements
Align activities and  plans with internal stakeholders such as the General Manager, Service manager, Tender project Manager, Application support and Finance




Kvalifikationer
To succeed in this role the ideal candidate can demonstrate:


Experience in direct selling in a comparable field or complex medical environment
A forward-thinking mentality and excellent attention to detail
Outstanding planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
BSc or equivalent qualification on a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role is desired but not required
An understanding of the diagnostic market in a hospital environment
Knowledge and understanding of business management systems, including MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent Swedish and proficient English (verbal and written).
Swedish driving license.
