2021 is an incredible year for us, we are launching our products together with great customers for the first time. Since January we have released to co-labs, POC and Urbanista, and we have several more launches planned throughout the year. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to join Exeger right in our up-scaling phase and be involved in building our entire sales organization.
About the job
As a Business Development Manager at Exeger, you will work in our Commercial team and play a key role in our go-to- market strategy and plan. You will work close to Georgios, our Chief Commercial Officer, and co-develop our sales strategy, business plan and development projects. You will work closely with design, market and product to meet our customers request and deliver outstanding product solutions.
Responsibilities (not limited)
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day sales operations to exceed our customers’ expectations, incl monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, within framework
Negotiate and close large deals, driving sales as well as identifying new business opportunities within framework.
Keeping up to date within the main application areas, geographical markets, solar cells development in general etc.
Being familiar with cell and production technology and keep a close relationship with the engineering department, prototype development team, research and development as well as production
Continuously develop and improve plans and methodology etc.

You are a professional business person with great expertise in complex technical sales, customer experience, value and development. In addition, you are a fast learner who adjust well to changes and you prepare your work with great accuracy.
Qualifications
+ 10 years of proven successful track record from working with industrial business development and the entire sales cycle
MSc degree in business development, industrial economics or other relevant education
Experience from working in a scale-up/fast-paced company and great organizational skills
Preferably experience from working with a complex product with an innovating technique
A background within and knowledge of technology and electronics is considered highly meriting
