Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably with experience in India and Africa, and must be fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English to effectively communicate and negotiate with our diverse stakeholders in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop growth strategies and plans to enter new markets, with a particular focus on India and Africa.
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and partners while exploring new opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and viable income streams.
Negotiate with stakeholders to secure the most attractive deals.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring all parties meet their commitments.
Work closely with the management team to meet company objectives and align business development strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in India and Africa.
Ability to fluently communicate and negotiate in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English.
Strong business acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
