We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Cloud Infrastructure unit in Stockholm, Sweden. Travel across Nordics is to be expected.
As our BDM, you will support Nordic & EU Sales functions by involving in RFP/RFI processes and provide Cloud solution proposals as well as manage and retain relationships with existing customers. You will also engage with Customers and lead Cloud Projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Business development and consulting for Digital Transformation Services.
· Responsible for identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs into technical requirements.
· Develop Cloud Adoption and management strategies to Customers
· Writing business proposals
· Work closely with BRM and Sales team in Customer negotiations.
· Follow industry trends locally and internationally and provide consulting to customers.
· Architect TCS Enterprise Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud Private Solutions aligned with Customer's Business requirements and build detailed Cost models.
· Compare Cloud Service offerings.
· Automate TCS Enterprise Cloud Solutioning process.
· Prepare Spend Estimate, Schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan to put up a service proposal.
· Solution Presentations to Customer and participate in Solution Workshops
· Spin up Proof of concepts and demos based on customer requirements for new features in Cloud.
· Responsible for preparing solution proposal documents and High-Level Design documents
· Acting as a liaison and coordinating with different stake holders for proposal related activities.
ABOUT YOU
· More than 10 years of experience in IT
· Bachelor of Engineering
· Well acquainted with Cloud Computing technologies (TCS Enterprise Cloud, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud Private, Microservices) and deep understanding on Open system Infrastructure Services.
· Should be able to write and communicate in English with different regions.
· Excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership.
· Should be able to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
· Client Facing and Negotiating Skills
· Ability to connect with Sr. Leadership in internal and partner organizations
· Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
· Conflict management capabilities
