About Us
At Scania, our Global Integrated Business Planning (formerly Demand to Cash Management) team has been driving transformation since 2019. We manage the Forecast and Planning, Order to Cash, and Order Management processes to optimize flow efficiency and resource utilization.

Our Sales Order Management process is currently under development, with a clear vision and strategy to optimize global order allocation, ensuring alignment with our sustainability, financial, and efficiency goals. This role will be pivotal in bringing that vision to life by helping shape and implement the new Sales Order Management process.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager within Sales Order Management, you will:
Help develop and implement the new global Sales Order Management process, aligned with our strategic goals.
Lead cross-functional projects that range from system- and data-driven initiatives to process-oriented improvements.
Ensure all initiatives support the vision and long-term strategy for sustainability, financial, and efficiency targets.
Use data analysis to identify gaps in current processes and drive improvement using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Advanced Analytics (AA).
Communicate effectively and lead implementation projects across various departments and global stakeholders.


Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Analytical, driven, and an excellent communicator, able to lead complex implementation projects.
Skilled at managing diverse projects, from coordination to data-driven and process-oriented tasks, with a cross-functional approach.
Holistic in their approach, able to see the bigger picture while focusing on achieving specific targets and driving results.
Innovative and eager to leverage new technologies, with a strong interest in driving change.
Fluent in English, with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Portuguese or Chinese is a plus.
Experienced in business development or sales order management, with a track record of delivering successful cross-functional projects.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
