Business Development Manager for a FMCG company

MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

We are looking for a sales-minded and driven Business Development Manager for our client in the FMCG industry. This is a consultancy opportunity for 12 months.

 

The Client Our client is a world-known company in the FMCG industry in over 80 countries. In this role you will be working in the Nordic Head Quarters in Stockholm, including travel in the Nordics & UK.

 

The Role As a Business Development Manager you will be working with one of the leading brands in Pregnancy & Ovulation test category. 

Key Responsibilities

Become a true brand, category & channel expert
Create strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders across Pharma, Online & Grocery teams
Identify opportunities within existing customers & create compelling category sells to close listing & distribution gaps
Identify whitespace customers & channels not currently served (Smaller online customers, discounters)
Own volume & trade spend forecasting & stewardship elements
Reapply learnings across businesses & Nordic regions
Work as part of a multi-functional team 
Clear reporting of progress against internal targets
 

Your Profile Key strengths:

3+ years’ Key Account experience ideally within healthcare/OTC for leading retailers
Self-motivating entrepreneurial thinker with high levels of ownership & accountability
Strong data analytics capability, to actively identify business opportunities
Capable of progressing multiple projects & internal relationships
Proven ability to collaborate internally and externally with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
Ability to develop & execute winning plans with multiple customers
Successful examples of leadership in your business or personal life.
Fluent in Swedish & English
Above all a passion for winning!
