Business Development Manager, Marketing & Sales Background The Marketing & Sales Division within Saab Systems is responsible for all international business development. Work description We are looking for a new Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of various business development activities within both the civil and defence domains.We are expanding our business activity in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East.[ The responsibility includes implementing, establishment and development of new customer and partner relationships as well as industrial and political factors for identified future business, that is to say, controlling conditions for a good subsequent starting point when the sales stage is reached. Qualifications Requirement profile: ?Business minded and with good ability to understand and influence market conditions/prerequisites ?Able to the big picture and the same time being result oriented ?Broad social competence, must be able to build and maintain personal relationships at high levels with national an international contacts and also internally within the company ?Capacity for overall analysis and evaluation of new business ?A driving force, willingness to make changes and cooperate is a must ?Ability to network in formal and informal working groups ?Ability to express oneself verbally and in writing plus being used to make presentations ?Travel is a condition of the job for up to 120 days per year. Education and professional competence: ?Academic education or equivalent ?Wide experience of international business ?Experience of sales and complex technical systems ?Experience of the domains air defence, army and/or naval and as well as civil security solutions are good qualifications ?Experience in negotiations ?Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written and knowledge of more languages are good qualifications The position is located in Stockholm, Järfälla.
