As the first Business Development Manager for the Nordic Area, you will play a key role in establishing and growing our presence in this region. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to global security efforts by promoting and selling LBA Group's specialized anti-terrorist and barrier products, addressing the pressing challenges of our time. We’ve been offering a range of perimeter security products since 2019, the largest in France: manual or automatic lifting barriers, protection bollards, fences (harrows or road blockers), as well as a set of accessories to go with them ; through our 4 brands Amco Les Escamotables, La Barrière Automatique, Security by Design and Miss CLean.

What does a day at the company look like?
As the first Business Development Manager for LBA Group in the Nordic Area, your capabilities and insights into changing customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes will be invaluable in shaping our strategy. You will actively participate in designing and implementing our regional growth plan, ensuring its alignment with our objectives. You will be responsible for:

• Establishing a reseller network in the Nordic countries, creating a network of trusted partners to expand our presence in the region.
• Leading the commercial development of the region, promoting our brand and products in key projects, and cultivating relationships with key end users and clients.
• Driving profitable growth in the region by executing a strategic approach that aligns with our objectives, ensuring financial success and sustainability.
• Be the ambassador for the LBA brand, positioning our cutting-edge products in key projects and influencing industry stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts in specialized market segments, shaping our foothold in areas like Highways and paid parkings.

You will be part of a sales team within our exports division, consisting of 7 dedicated individuals, and work closely with our cohesive in-house team based at our headquarters in France.

Who are you?
To be considered for this role, you should possess a valid driver's license and be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in French and Finnish is preferred but not mandatory. We are seeking candidates with several years of professional experience in similar positions, particularly in consultative sales of technological hardware systems and commercial experience in sectors like ours.

As an individual, you should be self-reliant and independent, capable of working remotely and exerting a strong effort. At times, the role may feel isolating, but your ability to work independently is essential, even in solitude. It's important that you have a long-term perspective, relationship-building skills, tactical acumen, and a strategic mindset.
