What we offer
We are an experienced team working in several different exciting areas within Service Operations.The team consists of Project Managers and Business Development Managers and is committed to enhance the development of the Workshop and Warehouse business in our service network. We have a great mix of backgrounds, experiences and competencies.
As a Business Development Manager within Service Operations your main focus will be supporting the global service organisation to develop the best possible performance and effective processes and standards.
Your tasks
Develop, maintain and implement our global standards and processes within the global network. To manage that you cooperate cross-functionally with different stakeholders (internal/external), act as a trainer and partner towards Scania’s service network, represent the Workshop & Warehouse team in cross-functional project throughout Scania and maintain an active dialog with our global reference groups.
Your profile
As a person, you are engaged, flexible, communicative, well-structured as well as a team player with understanding for the business. The position require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish is a merit. Travelling will be required.
You have a relevant education from the university and at least 5 years’ work experience from the automotive industry. Experience of Scania services and processes is a merit.
