About the BDM / Sales role / Sales Operations & CRM Manager
For this role you need to be outgoing and representative as you interview potential customers. You will get to know the customers and understand their needs. All data is consolidated and will be the start of your portfolio. Given the feedback you receive, we will finetune our product. It is important that you create confidence and trust. Partly you do that by presenting our company and platform. When you have a solid base of data and business input you will start to convert the prospects to customers. By now you should have a good idea of who is interested and who is not. When the conversion is done you have reached a great milestone. You now have a portfolio of customers that you are constantly working with and adding to.
In short:
Pre and Post-sales activities including client demos and onboarding
Generate leads and contribute to sales campaigns
You will set up and use CRM system
You will measure data quality
You will be part of sales campaigns
Creation of reports, dashboards and KPI visualizations
Participation in further development of our service
Develop your knowledge of our products and customers' workflows, then you create customer value by applying that knowledge
Validate, analyse and prioritize product enhancement requests and fixes for Product and Engineering
Provide valuable customer intelligence that drives product improvements and sales performance
Create clear and up-to-date documentation on client needs


About you
As a person you need to be persistent and responsive.
A self-starter with the ability to take a proactive approach
You need to have excellent writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record for creating strong relationships is a plus
Proven consultative sales skills is a plus
Being able to get market and competitive knowledge by research
Maybe most importantly you need to be able to close the deal
Team player attitude and collaborative style
