Business Development Manager Tetra Recart

We in the Tetra Recart organisation are dedicated to provide a carton package for food, opening up a world of new possibilities for revitalization throughout the value chain.


We are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our team.


As a Business Development Manager you will drive and manage the business development needs in close collaboration with the 5 Tetra Recart Cluster Directors. You will have direct contact with potential customers, addressing growth opportunities based on our growth plans and portfolio development.



The role will be active in several countries and markets across all 5 clusters depending on the present need. This position will be based in Lund, Sweden and require approx.
25 % of travelling.



Main responsibilities
- Support the clusters in delivering the business according to their plan and support to develop the capabilities in each cluster
- Identify business opportunities.
- Contact prospects, present Tetra Recart solutions and develop understanding of customer needs
- Drive the prospects through the sales process internally and close deals with customers for capital equipment installations
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to develop networks and awareness about new products and segments
- Manage customer and prospect visits to Tetra Recart in Lund



Qualifications

We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to build networks and relationships with other people. As you will be working in partnership with many key stakeholders externally as well as internally you will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement and project leadership skills. You are agile in your approach, have an ability to sell your ideas to others and your communication skills are excellent. For this position you need to have a solid business understanding and a good understanding of technical solutions.



We believe you have a Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering in combination with at least 5 years of commercial experience. Experience from the food and/or packaging industry is seen as an advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
