Business Development Manager (BDM) at Boon Sweden.
Boon is seeking a talented, self-starter, and passionate individual who will grow our commercial efforts in Sweden by building up a strong portfolio of coaches.

THE JOB
As a Business Development Manager, you will be working with the leading and next-generation coaches in Sweden and the Nordics – transforming their businesses into dynamic growth platforms by helping them define their future opportunities within group coaching.
The role:
You and the team will identify, approach, and pitch Boon to the best coaches in Sweden.
Develop and grow the coaches’ businesses through marketing and content strategies, sales optimization, and business development.
Deliver on and be responsible for your own portfolio of coaches by being laser-focused on what drives value.
What you bring to the table
We are looking for a candidate with:
A strong network in the fitness/wellness industry, meaning you know your way around and relevant people know who you are.
2+ years of experience within commercial activities, ie. marketing, sales, and/or business development
The ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
A solid understanding of content/digital marketing as social media is the predominant channel for our coaches.
A great ability to communicate both in writing and speaking.
Strong people skills. We’re only creating growth by exchanging valuable tactics and information with our talented colleagues.
The right drive to work on your own and make relevant and independent decisions – we are a scale-up.
Great, positive energy as a driving force.
