We are now looking for a Business Development Manager based in Stockholm. As Business Development Manager at Conaxess Trade, you will be crucial to the company's success. Your main task is to identify and sign new partners for the company. You will work both strategically, by understanding in what categories and channels to grow, and operationally, by analyzing business potential, creating business cases, and onboard new partners. You will be part of a the Business Development team that aim to utilize Conaxess Trade’s Nordic footprint to drive value for all our stakeholders.

Main responsibilities
* Identify, prioritize and sign new partners
* Monitor and analyze the Swedish market for opportunities
* Create and present business cases both internally and externally
* Customer negotiation and client relationship management

* Social and relationship building skills

Required experience
* Demonstrated experience from working with confectionary & snacks, non-food, personal care or food categories
* Sales, marketing, category management and project management competences
* Business acumen and P&L management, preferably within grocery sector
* Business proficiency level of English written and oral, French or German is a benefit
