Business Development Manger: Cloud & SaaS

We are looking for a Business Development Manger: Cloud & SaaS. Experience required in years: 10+ years.
Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time. TCS experience/knowledge is a merit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Position Cloud concepts like Apps & Infrastructure Migrations, Platform Modernizations, etc
· Handling sales function with top tier technology companies or driving demand creation activities & BD in inside sales function
· Real time learning in digital (Cloud, SaaS, Analytics) areas
· Drive revenue goals and achieve the scorecard metrics
· Develop sales and competition strategy
· Proactively identify opportunities in cloud and SaaS domain with TCS account teams.
· Devise new strategies for the accounts and co-create pro-active opportunities
· Work closely with unit marketing team and brand TCS as a strategic partner with key alliance partners
Individual Position for Europe Geography. Business Development, Marketing, New logo Acquisition , Creating Sales Strategy with Cloud & SaaS Partners.
OTHER RESPONIBILITIES
Key performance measures are: Revenue Targets, incremental growth & new logo acquisition.
· Excellent understanding of TCS capabilities, tools and offerings especially TCS proprietary frameworks, products, processes, paradigms and partner strategy.
· In Depth understanding of TCS strategy especially around partners and product lines
· Excellent Interpersonal skills and strong ability to create, develop and enhance relationship with customers, TCS personnel, SME's , Horizontal support groups, Industry leader and leverage the network to realize the goals and initiatives.
· Good understanding and experience in Partner management and joint GTM strategies.
· Strong communications skills, good problem solving abilities, ability to make decisions, good people management skills, proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor staff and associates.
