Business Development Platform Tetra Rex Manager

Are you goal oriented combined with a passion for doing business?


We are looking for a driven Business Developer platform TetraRex Manager with project management skills to strengthen our team.

In this position you will be responsible for Tetra Rex capital equipment (filling machines & lines), in close collaboration with the rest of the Tetra Rex E&CA team. You will also be in contact with other stakeholders like DSO, SCO, PMCO. You will be part of the Business Development network within E&CA cluster to share best practices and be in close contact with the markets. In addition you will lead projects or be part of a project team within E&CA .

You will be based in Lund and be travelling approx. 25% of your time.


Main responsibilities

-Develop a strategy to approach the business in terms of technical solution
-Identify value proposition for business opportunities together with TR BD's manager and MC's
-Drive and develop packaging solutions to customers together with TR BD's manager & MC's
-Lead and participate in the projects in TR E&CA
-Attend specific trade shows and exhibitions to develop networks and awareness about new products and segments.


Qualifications

We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to build network and relationships with other people. As you will be working in partnership with many key stakeholders externally as well as internally you will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement and project leadership skills. You are agile in your approach, have an ability to sell your ideas to others and your communication skills are excellent. For this position you need to have a solid business understanding and a good understanding of technical solutions.

We believe you have a Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering in combination with 3-5 years of technical experience in capital equipment. Experience from Tetra Rex or Carton Gable top filling machines is seen as an advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
