Business Development Project Manager

Business Development Transport and Dewatering is responsible for the business development within the Water & Wastewater Transport and Dewatering segments.We are now looking for a Business Development Project Manager to join our team in Sundbyberg.Description of Tasks You will lead business development projects directed towards customers within the water & waste water transport and Dewatering segments.The work includes the evaluation and estimation of the potential for business ideas and also the generation of business plans.You will also lead or take an active part in carrying out the implementation together with the Marketing department and Sales Organizations.In the evaluation phase you will .[lead the gathering of information, usually through interviews, .[lead the compilation and draw conclusions .[compile basic data for decision making .[present the possible business opportunities to a steering committee and possibly also the top management team.After a possible GO-decision from the Management to implement a business development project, you will lead or take an active part in the preparation of the offer (prepare implementation), marketing to our subsidiaries and execution of the project towards the goals in the business plan.Your Background You have a University Education in Industrial Economics or Business Administration.Alternatively you have an M Sc in engineering or other relevant education complemented with an MBA.You have at least five years of Marketing and/or Business Development experience.Experience from working according to specified processes and with process improvements is desirable.Industry knowledge (water and/or waste water Transport and/or dewatering) is a bonus.Since the position involves many international contacts, a very good knowledge in English is mandatory.If you have knowledge in any other language, preferably French or Spanish, this is considered a merit.It is important that you have the ability to travel app.1-2 times a month to Europe and 2-4 times a year outside Europe.Personal Characteristics You enjoy thinking strategically and working with complicated projects that you lead towards the goal independently and business orientated.You have the capability to select information and come to conclusions.You have a long term perspective on things, and through your good communication skills and your convincing manners you will be able to reach your objectives successfully.Key selection criteria in this recruitment is : 1.Strategic Business Perspective 2.Results orientation 3.
