QQFS has a reputation for providing high quality, client focused project services. We are looking for a hands-on, forward thinking, enthusiastic and solutions-orientated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The Business Development Representative will have responsibility for providing outstanding client service throughout the project lifecycle.
Role and Responsibilities:
Providing excellent client service, being responsive to client needs and proactively communicating with clients
Achieving sales from existing accounts.
Strengthening our position with existing clients by deepening client relationships
Developing new accounts and cultivating new relationships
Consulting with clients on business issues and insightful proposals
Working closely with our Project Managers to deliver high quality results to clients
Desired Skills & Experience:
A good communicator, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and urgent client needs
A proven track record of providing excellent client services
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Experience within telemarketing is advantageous
